Produced with cocktails in mind, our botanical salts are intended to further accentuate and lift the flavours of Procera in mixed drinks.They are made by combining the respective finely ground botanicals from each gin with Indian Ocean sea salt from Zanzibar. Whilst veering away from traditional gin garnishes, we consider our salts to be a more effective way of complementing our gins. Each bottle of Procera leaves our distillery with a small glass jar of botanical salt attached.
